DIY 2.0: Dyeing and Pockets
As promised, I'm going to show my other DIYs.
Sorry for the bad quality, auto-flash. I need to fix my camera.
Distressed the fabric ( I love distressing fabric, it's my stress reliever haha)
Sewed on a pocket then distressed it again.
Sorry for the bad quality! This is like my 3rd time to distress, I really need more practice.
I tried to dye for the first time. What do you think?
Here's what I did:
1. I bleached the fabric first (This step is optional since others don't do this,
but I wanted to see the pop of color)
2. Boil water ( Hot water easily dissolves the dye)
3. Get a basin and something you'll use to mix the dye (I used a stick)
4. Mix hot water and dye. Make sure to mix
it properly to have an even color.
5. Dip the part of the fabric that you wanted to dye.
Then, VIOLA! Donezooo.
I used Dura-Smooth Fast Dyes, I bought the colors Pink, Violet, and Yellow. They're really cheap, like 2.00-3.00 php only each. And one sachet is enough to dye a looooot of clothes already. Too bad I wasted one sachet on one shorts.

Good luck and have a Happy Sunday!
Just something for today:
